Remote Monitoring & Maintenance

Remote monitoring of your premises is essential in keeping your premises secure when you are not there. Brunel Security’s regular, preventative and corrective maintenance schedule employs rigorous testing of your existing or newly installed security systems, giving you peace of mind that should an incident occur, your security solution is in good working order.

Our service and maintenance team provides 24 hour care to the clients and systems we have either installed or taken over and our experienced engineers are on hand to support our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can provide comprehensive service agreements with bi-annual preventative maintenance visits or we can simply provide corrective maintenance as and when required, the choice is yours.

Brunel Security can also provide an ‘NSI Gold’ monitoring service for clients with signalled intruder alarms, CCTV and Perimeter Protection systems. Our accredited alarm receiving centre provides constant monitoring of our clients systems, ensuring that any alarm activation or fault is reported to the relevant persons as soon as it is signalled.

Using our daily reporting of system statuses we can ensure that we can proactively control the integrity of our maintained systems, giving you the peace of mind that someone has got your back. If you have an existing system and are considering a move away from your current security partner, we can make the transition seamless.

Following a free site audit we can check to establish if your current system is up to the desired requirement, both to cover you to the latest legislation and for insurance purposes. Prior to taking over any system we ensure we understand all there is to know, and produce a report to identify any potential issues.

Should you appoint Brunel Security as your ‘Remote Monitoring and Maintenance’ partner, we will arrange a convenient day which is suitable to you and our engineer will visit the site to configure the system to communicate with our NSI Gold accredited Alarm Receiving Centre.
