Optica Security Systems are recognised by all police forces and provide monitoring via our approved 24hr control centre. Engineers are on standby out of hours 365 days of the year. Your feed back is very important to us and vital for shaping our company and assuring we are continuing to provide the very best service for our customers, on all installations we provide a feedback form with self addressed envelope to enable us to get your view on the service we have delivered.
Training is a big part of our continued investment in providing an excellent service with all engineers and staff been continually trained on new and existing products, legislation and health and safety. All apprentices are placed on college placements for four years aiming towards NVQ accreditation with constant onsite training providing the industry with highly trained competent engineers.
