Hi there, I run a charity and have set up a trading CIC in order to raise funds for the charity. I am leasing our first shop with an upstairs in which our counsellors will meet their clients. Our surveyor has highlighted the inadequate fire safety within the property and we need advice about what we need to put in place and relevant quotes.
