I am looking for a quote to carry out an EWS1 survey for the 830 block of flats on Maryhill Road. Although the building is 13.50 meters high and below the legally permitted height specified (18 metres) I still need a survey due to the cautious nature of mortgage providers, as I am looking to sell my flat. No previous survey has been conducted on this building and my factor advised that the cladding on this building is "Eternit Natura" Fibre Cement Cladding Panels, which have a Fire Performance Classification A2-s1,d0, which means the material is classed as non-combustible in Scotland. I do have a balcony which is a metal fence with a wood decking base. If you are able to give me a quote and timeframe when you might be able to do this I would very much appreciate it, thank you.
