Others offer free shipping and we wonder if the contents is fully declared to the carrier. Fire Extinguishers are pressure vessels and some are dangerously explosive if the pressure vessel is breached. Most carriers have specific clauses in that they will not carry pressure vessels at all for obvious reasons.
