Just take our Managing Director, Simon Barrett, a former sprinkler engineer for a large UK company, he has over 16 years in the trade alone. We offer our customers the most competitive rates in the industry. With both an excellent reputation for expert knowledge in the Fire Safety Industry and superb customer service we really to do offer a first class customer experience. Having this policy in place means we keep our customer base and continue to grow with personal recommendations and a repeat business rate of around 98%. Based in Bromsgrove in Worcestershire we are ideally located to operate nationally and there is no area uncovered by us.

Bromsgrove, WorcestershireAwful company to try & work with, seems sales are inept & management (& there is a LOT of managers) are grossly incompetent at best & seem to be at odds with other OR the sales team have NO idea what they are pricing/allowing for, are totally unhelpful & have a "can't do" attitude. This may be down to the sales & management team's incompetence of course.
Always trying to fleece their customers at every turn. Their engineers are NOT trained to carry out Wet & Dry Riser works, they are only trained "in house".
