Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) will be hosting a conference to discuss a multi-agency approach to tackle the issue of hoarding in Nottinghamshire. A couple living in a converted flat in Walthamstow, London, were saved from a potentially devastating fire by the smoke alarm in their property.

Police want to speak to customers of a nail bar where a five-month-old baby suffered serious burns during a fire. The boy, a 50-year-old man and a woman, aged 21, all related, were seriously hurt at Hollywood Nails in Hailsham, East Sussex.
