Shockingly poor - worst customer experience of my life! Terrible communication including several no shows for appointments and failure to return calls or respond to texts. Fitted a faulty device and then ceased communication- leaving me over £800 out of pocket. Having to resort to legal action to get my money back. Terrible communication and simply cannot manage expectations - several no shows for appointments without the courtesy of a call or text. Fitted a faulty device and then ceased communications without repairing it - leaving me over £800 out of pocket. Having to take legal action to recover it! Please avoid - I wish I had!
